Mr. Smith is also a member of the American Bar Association House of Delegates.</p> <p>Mr. Smith earned his law degree from Arizona State University in 1970, where he was a member of the first graduating class of the College of Law. He also attended Arizona Western College in Yuma, received his business degree from Northern Arizona University. Most importantly Jimmie Smith attended grade school in Toltec, Arizona.</p>
