<p>I served as Corporate Attorney, General Counsel, Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel with Church Mutual Insurance Company from 1975 to 2017 when I retired. I continued to serve as Of Counsel to Church Mutual from 2017 to 2020. In those roles I was involved in managing the defense of complex claims, first party claims, litigation against the company, including bad faith litigation in all states. I also handled contracts, acquisitions, Corporate Governance and Governmental Affairs. From time to time I have served as an expert witness in coverage and bad faith cases, and have served as an arbitrator and umpire in arbitrations.</p> <p> </p>
