<p>As an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona, my goal is to provide competent legal services and represent those clients who want straight forward legal advice.<br /> <br /> I have been in the private practice of law since October 1979.<br /> <br /> My practice encompasses a number of areas of law and includes representing individuals and companies in civil and criminal litigation; advising, drafting and consulting as to contract, corporate and business matters; and addressing family issues as they relate to adoption, guardianship, conservatorship and probate.<br /> <br /> My practice includes representing those accused of criminal, criminal traffic and DUI offenses. I also will represent persons with personal injury claims if I think my office can assist in obtaining a fair recovery.<br /> <br /> My office does not handle divorce, dissolution, child custody, bankruptcy, workers compensation, security or tax matters. However, if you wish a referral, we may be able to suggest other attorneys who practice in those fields of law.<br /> </p>
