<p>Mr. Todd served as a prosecutor with the Arizona Attorney General&rsquo;s Office for nearly 45 years investigating criminal offenses, trying cases to jurors, and representing the State in the state appellate courts and the federal courts. He has an A/V rating. For 15+ years (2007-2023) Mr. Todd has been certified by the Arizona Sate Bar as a Specialist in Criminal Law. Mr. Todd has been recognized with numerous awards by both Republican and Democratic Attorneys General, and various professional organiztions..</p> <p> </p> <p>Mr. Todd has argued capital cases before Ninth Circuit, including en banc courts, as well as argued in the United States Supreme Court. Additionally, Mr. Todd has argued cases in the Arizona Supreme Court and the Arizona Court of Appeals. He has tried cases to jurors in the Arizona Superior Court in Maricopa, Pima, and Yavapaii Counties.. He has pressented cases to the State Grand Jury. As an Assistant Attorney General, Mr. Todd worked with the Arizona Justice Project reviewing homicide and sexual assault cases to ensure no actually innocent person was in prison if DNA could establish the person&rsquo;s innocence. He served as Vice Chairman of the Arizona Supreme Court&rsquo;s former Disciplinary Commission, which acted as an appellate court in attorney disciple and disability matters. He was appointed by U.S. District Court for 3 years as a Lawyer Representative to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Todd was a member of the his law review Board of Editors. Mr. Todd served with the United States Air Force in the then Republic of Vietnam.</p> <p> </p> <p>Mr. Todd is highly selective in the cases he accepts. If he accepts a case, he is willing to travel to the client&rsquo;s business or home.</p>
