<p>Mike Tully is no longer in full-time practice, but remains licensed and in good standing with the state and federal bar associations. His areas of practice included employment law and education law, with emphasis on the Americans with Disabilities Act and bullying prevention. Mr. Tully is a former member of the Board of Directors of the International Bullying Prevention Association (IBPA) and was the primary author of Pima County, Arizona’s workplace bullying policy. He has presented on bullying and cyberbullyng at several conferences, including the IBPA (in 2007 and 2014) and the Arizona Department of Education (2008). He has authored several articles on the subject. Mr. Tully also served on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Committee at the Tucson Unified School District and served as the Pima County, Arizona ADA Coordinator from 2011 until his retirement from the County in 2016. He has conducted more than 1,000 investigations as an attorney, journalist, and professional investigator and enjoys a Five-Star peer review rating with Martindale-Hubbel. Mr. Tully is not actively seeking clients but has elected to remain active in the profession should a matter arise in which his expertise would be helpful.</p>
