<p>I am a former prosecutor who has tried numerous felony cases. I prosecuted everything from juvenile cases, adult misdemeanors cases (DUIs; theft cases; assaults) up to felony matters, including an attempted first degree murder case. I have been exclusively involved in family law cases since leaving government work. In that capacity, I now handle Family Law Matters exclusively, including divorce matters, child custody issues; spousal maintenance; modifications and complex business divisions. I retired from the United States Navy Reserve after 21 years. I am an Iraq War Veteran (2006-2007) and member of the VFW and Elks Lodge #335 in Phoenix.</p>
