<p>Phelps Estate Planning was founded by second-generation estate planning attorney, Kent Phelps. Kent was born in Tucson while his father was attending U of A law school. He followed in his father&rsquo;s footsteps and has been practicing law for 23 years. </p> <p>Kent is recognized in the media as an estate planning authority. He has been featured in ABC News, NBC News, FOX News and AZCentral.com. He has also participated in the State Bar of Arizona and NBC 12 News&rsquo;s Ask a Lawyer Phone Bank live broadcast. As a Continuing Legal Education Instructor, Kent has provided training to other estate planning attorneys on advanced estate planning topics.</p> <p>When Kent is not at the office or giving free estate planning seminars, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 30 years, seven children and seven grandchildren. He loves the outdoors and is an avid wilderness backpacker and Grand Canyon hiker.</p> <p>The vision of Phelps Estate Planning is simple: provide every client with an exceptional legal planning experience.
