His recent results include the following:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Successfully arbitrated the dissolution of a multi-million dollar single asset partnership.</p> </li> <li> <p>Sued a retailer to foreclose on a mechanic’s lien, recovering 100% of the principal, interest, attorney’s fees, and costs sought.</p> </li> <li> <p>Successfully tried and obtained judgment on contractor’s claims against owner for labor and materials furnished.</p> </li> <li> <p>Sued the owner of an equipment rental facility to foreclose on a mechanic’s lien, recovering 100% of the principal plus attorney’s fees, costs, and interest.</p> </li> <li> <p>Won dismissal of claims against foreign limited liability company for lack of personal jurisdiction and an award of his clients’ attorneys’ fees and costs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Obtained summary judgment for and recovered more than $250,000.00 in principal, interest, late fees, attorneys’ fees, and costs against a tenant for breach of a commercial lease.</p> </li> <li> <p>Recovered more than $800,000 for a multi-state construction supplier in a lawsuit against the general contractor on multiple projects.</p> </li> <li> <p>Recovered $175,000 from a general contractor, on behalf of a subcontractor, on a pay-if-paid clause by winning a motion for partial summary judgment on the eve of trial.</p> </li> <li> <p>Successfully defended charter school before the Office of Administrative Hearings against IDEA claims that a student had been denied a “free and appropriate public education,” obtaining dismissal of the entire complaint after hearing.</p> </li> <li> <p>Obtained an arbitration award for and recovered more than $100,000 in principal, interest, attorneys’ fees, and costs on multi-state construction supplier’s prompt payment, payment bond, and breach of contract claims against general contractor.</p> </li> <li> <p>Obtained dismissal of a supplier’s Little Miller Act bond claim on the grounds that its preliminary 20-day notices were deficient.</p> </li> <li> <p>Won dismissal of a bank’s deficiency claim against his client, and the bank was ordered to pay his clients’ attorney’s fees.</p> </li> </ul> <p>Kevin is also active in the community. He coaches youth soccer and basketball and volunteers at the Paiute Neighborhood Center Legal Clinic.</p>
