<p>Mark B. Pyper is a life long Arizona resident who grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Pyper spent two years in Africa after high school serving as a volunteer for his church. Mr. Pyper graduated from Brigham Young University in 1983 with a BA in Engligh Litierature and thereafter attended law school at the University of Utah and the University of Santa Clara where he obtained his degree in 1986. Mr. Pyper passed the Bar in 1986 and thereafter became a member of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, the Washington, D.C. bar and he has been admitted to appear before the United States Supreme Count. In 2986, Mr. Pyper was an intern in the United States Barnktupcy Court for the District of Utah. In 1994-95, Mr. Pyper was the managing attorney for San Francisco based Tarkington, O&rsquo;Connor & O&rsquo;Neill. In 1995, Mr. Pyper founded Owens & Pyper, P.L.C. where he was senior trial counsel for over twenty years. Mr. Pyper is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association. Over the past 32 years, Mr. Pyper has been trial counsel in the State and Federal courts in Arizona, as well as in California, Nevada, Utah and Idaho, based upon pro hac vice adimission. Mr. Pyper is married to Kimberly Nelson, and between the two, have seven adult children. Mr. Pyper enjoys travel, boating and local church and community service. </p>
