Mark received his BS from Brigham Young University and his law degree from Arizona State University where he graduated <em>cum laude</em>. While in law school, Mark also served on the Arizona State Law Journal.</p> <p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in"> </p> <p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in">Mark&rsquo;s trial practice includes a number of jury trials, representing plaintiffs in insurance bad faith cases and punitive damages. Mark has also been active in bad faith and punitive damage law in Arizona through his service as counsel in numerous appellate cases that have helped shaped bad faith law in Arizona.</p> <p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in"> </p> <p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in">Mark is a member of the Arizona State Bar and licensed to practice law in Arizona.
