<p>Marty Jones focuses his practice on real estate, environmental, general business and land use legal matters. His practice includes the creation and enforcement of deed restrictions, title insurance matters, surveys, easements, land use regulations. estoppels, financing, non-disturbance agreements and environmental due diligence. </p> <p>For more than twelve years Marty assisted the nation&rsquo;s largest retailer on environmental, land use and real estate transactions in 26 states. </p> <p>Marty served for four years as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Arizona, Environmental Enforcement Section, where he was responsible for the management and coordination of potential responsible party investigations at all state Superfund sites within Arizona.</p> <p>Marty is a frequent speaker on environmental, real estate, and business law matters.
