He has served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court and is authorized to practice law before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, U.S. District Court for Arizona, U.S. Tax Court and the Supreme Court of Arizona. <br /> <br /> He has achieved permanent Arizona Community College Certification as a Professor in Business and Law.
