<p>Michael is enjoying his 30th year practicing law. He is a former deputy county attorney and Justice of the Peace Pro-Tem in Missoula County, Montana; has served the Arizona Superior Court, for Pima County as a Pro-Tem since 1998 and Arbitrator for Arizona Superior Court, for Pima County Civil division since 2006. He is also a Pro Tem for the Town of Marana, AZ. Michael was appointed by the Arizona Supreme Court to the Task Force on the Arizona Rules of Family Law Procedure which is nearing its completion. He is a frequent presenter and organizer at AFCC and Family Law Seminars, and has presenting from Seattle to Boston. Michael was instrumental in setting up a new Friday FUNdamentals series of seminars through the Pima County Bar Association and serves as the Chair of the Family Law Section and is the President of the Pima County Bar Association. Michael is a past chair of the Executive Council of the Family Law Section of the State Bar and the immediate past president of the Arizona Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. Michael was recently named 2018 Professional of the Year by Strathmore's Who's Who Worldwide Publication. Michael was honored to be named by Best Lawyers and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and as one of Top Lawyers of Arizona by his peers. Michael was just appointed by Chief Justice Scott Bales to be on the inaugural Attorney Ethics Advisory Committee.</p>
