I have been drafting and negotiating contracts, conducting commercial litigation, setting up businesses, and representing injury victims and their doctors for nearly 20 years. My vast experience includes representing individuals, &ldquo;mom and pop shops&rdquo;, medical facility practitioners and/or owners, and fortune 100 companies.</p> <p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in">In 2002, I discovered everything Arizona has to offer and relocated to Phoenix at the turn of 2003 to practice law, start a family, and play golf year round in our wonderful sunny weather. After a year of practicing with a large downtown insurance defense firm, I was encouraged to join a plaintiff&rsquo;s personal injury practice. As the successes continued, I took my independent spirit and started my own law practice, which today thrives while providing the highest quality legal services with attorney access that is second to none. Years of success in these areas led to recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2012 and enabled me to expand my practice to include more complex business, contract, and personal injury matters.</p> <p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in">The approach I take always involves teaching clients.
