Fuller received his B.A. from the University of Michigan with distinction in 1979, his J.D. cum laude from Wayne State University in 1982 and his L.L.M. in taxation from New York University Law School in 1983. Mr. Fuller is the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Book Award for Constitutional Law II (top grade in class) and the Silver Key Certificate (top 5% of law school class).</p> <p>Mr. Fuller is a member of the Michigan and Arizona State Bars and has been practicing law in Arizona since 1983. Mr. Fuller holds an AV rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory*.
