About Mr Neal A Eckel
<p>A graduate of the University of Arizona and UA law school, Neal began practicing law in Tucson in 1988. His practice focuses primarily in the areas of Business, Construction and Employment law. Neal has extensive experience in corporate formations, contract drafting and review, business and employment disputes, and all areas of the construction trade and was recognized in <em>The Best Lawyers in America</em> as one of the top construction law and litigation lawyers nationwide.</p> <p>Neal has been an attorney for the Arizona Construction Trades since 1997 and also serves on the Attorneys’ Council for the National Subcontractors Association. He is a past member of the Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona and has served as Chair of the Construction Law Section for Tucson. He has taught numerous seminars on construction contracts, Registrar of Contractors hearings, mechanic’s liens and business matters. Neal has long been active in the community and, in addition to his volunteer work with theater companies and youth organizations, has served over 22 years on the United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona Board of Directors including four years as Chairman of the Board.</p> <p> </p>
