Mr. Hilbert has also tried cases across the country in many other jurisdictions including twenty states, and is admitted in many US District Courts, The Supreme Court of the United States, The United States Tax Court, and The United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Ninth and Tenth Circuits. Mr. Hilbert has arbitrated for FINRA, CBOE (Chicago Board Options Exchange), NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) and the National Futures Association. He is the former Chair of the Colorado Judicial Institute. He has also served as President or Board Member for a variety of organizations including the Catholic Lawyers Guild, the Notre Dame Club and several other private clubs. </p> <p> </p> <p>He has a JD from the University of Colorado (Boulder) and a BA from the University of Notre Dame.</p>
