<p>Rick has been married since 1982. He and his wife are the parents of eight children. Rick is active in Scouting, Church and community. Rick is an Eagle Scout, loves to read, bike, hike, meditate, garden, play the piano, compose music, and occasionally indulge in music theater. Rick has been practicing law since 1988. As an attorney, he represents high net worth and high income families throughout the country for Multi-Generation Estate and Business Succession Planning, including business succession, Trust Administration, and probate. He focuses on protecting what matters most: the family, and turning the gift of wealth into a blessing rather than a curse. He is a nationally known speaker and has been featured at the Money Show, the FreedomFest, the Financial Planning Association, and many other venues. He was a founding director of Arizona Bank & Trust. He has served as a volunteer in community organizations, charitable boards, and as a Judge Pro Tem in Maricopa County. He has helped establish hundreds of &ldquo;Family Foundations&rdquo; and has raise tens of millions of dollars for charitable organizations throughout the world. In addition to his law degree, Rick has a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Language (Japanese/Chinese), and a Master of Arts in Religious Studies.</p>
