<p> </p> <p>Richard J. Harris Law, P.C. <br /> Rich Harris graduated <em>cum laude </em>from BYU Law School in 1991, earning the American Jurisprudence Award for Employment and Labor Law studies. Mr. Harris has represented whistleblowers in controversial and publicized cases and has helped develop the law through both appellate and legislative advocacy. Mr. Harris was a primary drafter of the Recommended Arizona Jury Instructions for Employment Claims. He has served as an editor and contributing author of the Arizona Employment Law Handbook. He has spoken on the False Claims Act at state and national CLE seminars and taught constitutional law as a visiting law professor at several universities in Eastern Europe. Mr. Harris&rsquo;s private practice is focused on representing Federal False Claims Act whistleblowers (<em>qui tam</em>). He is admitted to practice in both Arizona and Georgia, as well as the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is on the board of directors for the Arizona Employment Lawyers Association (and in his spare time is a husband, a father and a terrible &ndash; but avid &ndash; volleyball player).<br /> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
