<p><strong>R.J. Suzuki</strong> is licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona, the United States District Court of Arizona and the United Stated Central District Court of Michigan. Fluent in Spanish, Mr. Suzuki is a member of National Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Million Dollar Advocates Forum, National Trial Lawyers Top 40, Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, Los Abogados, Arizona Hispanic Bar Association and the State Bar of Arizona. Mr. Suzuki next accepted appointment as a prosecutor for the Maricopa County Attorney's Office. During the next 3 1/2 years as a State Prosecutor, Mr. Suzuki investigated and litigated serious felony matters as part of the Major Crimes Gang Bureau. Mr. Suzuki next accepted a position as Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Arizona. Mr. Suzuki was responsible for the resolution of numerous federal felony cases in Tucson and Phoenix. Mr. Suzuki has been rated a Top 100 Trials Lawyers in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. He has also been voted Scottdale&rsquo;s Top Lawyer 2019 and 2020.</p> <p>Mr. Suzuki and his law firm focus on criminal defense, DUI and personal injury cases in City, State and Federal Courts. Recently, Mr. Suzuki had a jury find his client not guilty on 6 counts of 162 lbs. of marijuana for sale, guns and paraphernalia in a 6 day trial. Mr. Suzuki also settled a motorcycle accident case for $3,000,000.00 in January, 2013.
