<p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify">Rich Zawtocki has practiced law continually in <!--?xml:namespace prefix = "st1" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /-->Arizona since 1985. He currently works for Zawtocki Law Offices, P.L.L.C., which he established with his wife and law partner Marie Zawtocki. Rich focuses on all aspects of personal injury law, including motor vehicle collisions and wrongful death claims. Rich also does general civil litigation, collections and education law cases. </p> <p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify">Rich is trained as a mediator. He went through the Attorney General's Mediation training and has mediated a number of cases in Justice Court. He is curently accepting private mediation cases.</p> <p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify">Rich graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1985. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1980. </p> <p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify">Mr. Zawtocki served on the Advisory Board at Seton Catholic Preparatory High School from 2010 until 2016 and served as the President the last two years. He is currently a member of the Board of Trustees for the school. He previously served two four year terms as a member of the Kyrene School District Governing Board. He is active in community service organizations and has coached youth sports.</p> <p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify">Rich and his staff, which is bilingual, are committed to providing personal, professional service to each of our clients.</p>
