<p>Robert E. Schmitt has been a trial attorney for over 40 years practicing primarily in the area of personal injury litigation, although he has handled cases involving a multitude of different areas of the law. He has significant experience in representing both plaintiffs and defendants and has been lead counsel in approximately 100 civil jury trials.
