<p style="text-align:justify">Steve German began his career in 1993 at a large law firm downtown in Phoenix, Arizona, where he learned excellent litigation skills and saw how big corporations operate and defend themselves from lawsuits and accusations of wrongdoing. He received comprehensive training in all aspects of litigation, trials, and appeals. In 1999, Mr. German opened his own law firm and has devoted his career ever since to fighting insurance companies and corporations that exploit the vulnerable and profit from their suffering. He has built a reputation over the past thirty years as a caring litigator who persistently fights for the best outcome for all his clients.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Mr. German has handled more than two dozen Arizona jury and bench trials in Federal Court and State Court against companies like Ford, Firestone, Maricopa County, City of Tucson, Intel, surgeons, podiatrists, radiologists, and disability and other insurance companies.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">He won a three-week jury trial in the US District of Arizona against a large insurance company. The $6.5 Million verdict was the third largest of the year in the State of Arizona and includes an award of $5 Million in punitive damages. The verdict was confirmed by the 9th Circuit in 2020. Mr. German has been published in decisions that have changed the way litigation is handled in Arizona and set important case law precedents.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Mr. German was selected by the Arizona Supreme Court as a member of its committee that reviews and recommends licensing of ABS Law Firms. He started one of Arizona&rsquo;s first ABS Law Firms and served as its compliance lawyer and its managing partner.
