<p>Tom Moring&rsquo;s practice emphasizes complex real estate and commercial disputes, creditor&rsquo;s rights, tort litigation and collections matters. Mr. Moring has extensive experience in managing and performing all aspects of litigation from initial investigation through discovery to trial. During the real estate downturn, Mr. Moring began helping lenders and owners of real property navigate the short sale and foreclosure process, including helping negotiate alternatives to protect the interests of his clients.</p> <p>Mr. Moring began his career at a large national firm, where he worked for and earned a place among some of the top litigation attorneys in Arizona. Throughout Mr. Moring&rsquo;s career, he has been involved in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, most as lead counsel. Among Mr. Moring&rsquo;s many career highlights:</p> <ul> <li>Acted as lead counsel in several commercial trials involving in excess of $1 Million in controversy</li> <li>Managed personal injury actions resulting in settlements in excess of $1 million</li> <li>Participated in class action antitrust suit for plaintiff, resulting in settlement for plaintiff and over $45 million recovery</li> <li> Successfully prosecuted fraudulent transfer trial on behalf of client</li> <li> Acted as lead counsel in multiple jury trials in both State and Federal Courts</li> <li>Successfully prepared and argued pleadings before Court of Appeals</li> <li>Assisted real property owners with short sale and foreclosure advice and protection</li> <li>Represted lenders in distressed real property with asset protection and negotiation with tenant</li> <li>Acted as local counsel for numerous out-of-state law firms and clients</li> </ul> <p>Mr. Moring graduated with honors from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona. While in law school, Mr. Moring served as the Articles Editor for the Arizona Law Review. Mr. Moring is admitted to practice in all Arizona courts, State and Federal.</p>
