<p>The Honorable Timothy J. Thomason (ret.) now devotes his full time practice to Alternative Dispute Resolution (effective November 1, 2023). He retired from the bench in 2023, after serving almost ten years. For five years, Judge Thomason was on the Commerical Court, where, in addition to his regular case load of complex, commerical, disputes, he conducted dozens of Settlement Conferences. Prior to joining the bench, Mr. Thomason was a trial lawyer for 30 years, first at Streich Lang (now Quarles & Brady) and then at Mariscal Weeks (now Dickinson Wright). He was listed in Super Lawyers as one of the top 50 lawyers in the State and is a fellow in the prestigous American College of Trial Laywers. </p>
