<p>Troy R. Hendrickson graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science at the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Arizona State University in 2001. After working in education, he attended law school in San Diego, CA at Thomas Jefferson School of Law where he was ranked at the top of the class. He finished his academic career at the College of Law at Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ where again he finished near the top of the class.<br /> <br /> He has been honored with the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence, the CALI Excellence for the Future Award, the Jefferson Medal, the Pedrick Scholar Award and has been nominated to The National Deans' List and National Chancellors' List on numerous occasions. He has been honored in the 2008 Who is Who of American Professionals. He has served as an Arizona Supreme Court Rule 38 Prosecutor. He is an experienced and accomplished civil and criminal litigator with significant successes in negotiations, settlements, mediations, arbitrations and trials. He also has a successful post trial and appeals practice and, through success in State and Federal Courts of Appeals, has set precedent for future cases in the trial court.<br /> <br /> Troy is licensed to practice in all Arizona municipal, county, state and federal courts, the U.S. District Court, Western District of Michigan, U.S. District Court, Western District of Oklahoma, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and has also participated in litigation in Texas, Nevada, California, Pennsylvania, Colorado and Ohio including as lead counsel pro hac vice in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania and U.S. District Court, Southern District of California. <br /> <br /> Troy provides quality legal services to select clients.</p>
