<p>Victor A. Garnice, a native New Yorker, worked his way through Brooklyn Law School, earning a Juris Doctorate. He fulfilled his military commitment during the Vietnam War years. After passing the Arizona bar examination, he first served as a staff attorney for a major corporation. But he harbored a deep desire to help individuals and families. In 1979, he prevailed in hotly contested child custody litigation against overwhelming odds. Since then, he has handled family law matters almost exclusively. It is his passion, that he brings that to every case, whether in court filings, in the courtroom at hearing or trial, or in negotiation.</p> <p>One of his greatest strengths is his familiarity with the statutes and complex rules of procedure that control family law litigation and his ability to provide sound advice and guidance. He has dealt extensively in the complex area of multi-state and multi-national family law litigation, navigating the complexities of the jurisdictional issues presented. He is also an involved and passionate advocate for his clients, both at the trial level and the appellate level. He is well-known for engage in creative approaches to solve legal stiautions that are potential quagmires for other family law attorneys. </p> <p>Mr.Garnice has been a member of the Bar for over 40 years and is admitted to practice law in Arizona and New York, as well as numerous Federal courts. He has served as a Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Pro Tempore and as a mediator.</p> <p>Finally, he engages with his clients as individual people, communicating with them in a down to earth way, one on one, not as an attorney talking down to them in legal jargon. He knows that for many clients, the case they are faced with may well be the first and only time they have dealt with a legal system that can seem very foreign and confusing. Most of all, he cares.</p>
