<p>In 2014 I presented the winning oral argument in a landmark international business and labor case resulting in a published Opinion that was petitioned to the United States Supreme Court for review. Porteadores Del Noroeste S.A. De. C.V. v. The Industrial Commission of Arizona, 234 Ariz. 53, 316 P.3d 1241 (2014).</p> <p>Arizona Injury Law Group received a &ldquo;First-Tier&rdquo; Ranking by U.S. News and World Report for 2020. I have received an Oustanding Leadership Award from the State Bar of Arizona, was included in &ldquo;Best Lawyers in America&rdquo; and I have been a featured presenter at the State Bar of Arizona&rsquo;s Annual Workers&rsquo; Compensation Program and the Industrial Commission&rsquo;s Annual Workers&rsquo; Compensation Claim Seminar. I have also been a presenting speaker for multiple private legal education providers.</p> <p>I graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Public Administration with double majors in marketing and real estate. While attending law school at Pepperdine University I also attended classes in London, England where I studied international business and completed an internship with a British solicitor&rsquo;s firm. I was elected by my high school class to serve as the &ldquo;Senior Speaker&rdquo; at our graduation ceremony.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
