<p>Carmen A. Chenal is an aggressive, persistent attorney with experience in Criminal Defense and Civil Litigation. She is a former prosecutor in the Attorney General&rsquo;s office and has over 25 years experience as a litigator. </p> <p>While at the Arizona Attorney General&rsquo;s Office Ms. Chenal was an Assistant Attorney General in the Fraud and Special Prosecutions Section where she had a full load of criminal prosecutions which included white collar crimes, money laundering, attempted homicides and other matters. She was responsible for all foreign prosecutions and extraditions from foreign countries. She formed a task force with the U.S. Marshals and successfully extradited high profile drug cartel members, from Mexico back to Arizona to be prosecuted for their crimes.</p> <p>Attorney Carmen Chenal has handled civil litigation including trials in the following areas: complex commercial cases, real estate, construction law, banking law, insurance defense, antitrust litigation, and international law&mdash;she is bilingual, Spanish.</p> <p>She has lectured for the State Bar of Arizona.
