I&rsquo;ve been working in and defending DUIs and select other Criminal cases in most of the courts in Cochise County since 1998! I have handled hundreds of DUI and criminal matters! I don&rsquo;t do other types of law &ndash; just DUIs and Criminal Defense &ndash; as that is what I do, that is what I like, that is what I know, and that is what I&rsquo;m good at ! </p> <p>I was a city public defender, I was a city/town prosecutor ( at two different courts in Cochise County), and I handled court-appointed cases for many years. Since 2014, I almost exclusively work for only private-paying clients. At any given time approximately 90 &ndash; 95% of my cases are DUI cases !
