<p>I have been practicing law for 30 years and mediating for 23 years. I practice family law, collaborative divorce law and employment law. I mediate family law, real estate law and all other types of conflict, I am licensed to practice before both Arizona Courts and Federal Courts, including the United States Supreme Court.</p> <p>I am an Arizona native who graduated <em>Summa Cum Laude</em> from Arizona State University with a BA in psychology (Phi Beta Kappa) and <em>Cum Laude</em> from Arizona State University College of Law. I have served on the board of the Ronald McDonald house and, most recently, I am the chair-elect of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Bar. </p> <p>As most people know what litigation is, I will use this platform to briefly discuss mediation. Mediation is a way to resolve conflicts out of Court and without the cost, stress, time, and uncertainty of litigation. Mediation is confidential, and it is very effective, with most mediation participants reaching a full agreement. I help a lot of people respecfully dissolve their marriages, from start to finish.
