<p><strong>Amy Hernandez</strong> received her law degree in 2003 from Drake University (with Honors). She served as a law clerk at the Arizona Court of Appeals for a year following law school.</p> <p>Ms. Hernandez has served as a board member for the Arizona Association for Justice. She is also the past Chair of the Trial Practice Section and a former member of the Civil Practice and Procedure Committee for the State Bar of Arizona. Additionally, she is a former member of the Morris K. Udall Inn of Court.</p> <p>Ms. Hernandez served as the 2007-2008 President of the Young Lawyers Division of the Pima County Bar Association and as a Board Member for the State Bar of Arizona Young Lawyers Division from 2006 &ndash; 2008. She currently serves on the Board of Govenors for the State Bar of Arizona.</p> <p>Ms. Hernandez is a United States Army veteran who served as a military intelligence analyst from 1996-2000. She was stationed in Fort Hood, Texas, where she analyzed and distributed intelligence information.</p> <p>Ms. Hernandez is admitted to practice in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for Arizona and all Arizona state courts. She is a member of the Arizona Association of Justice, the State Bar of Arizona, and the Pima County Bar Association.</p> <p>In 2013, Ms. Hernandez was named one of Tucson&rsquo;s Top 40 community leaders under 40 years old. She was also named a Southwest Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2012 thorough 2016.</p>
