She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and minor in history from the University of Hawaii in 1999 and her law degree from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska in 2002. During law school, Ms. Peacock received the 2002 Advanced Legal Research American Jurisprudence Award and she was named a brief finalist in the International Moot Court Competition. </p>
