<p>After more than two decades of successful practice in the field of international contracts negotiations, cross-cultural facilitation of complex multilateral global projects Ms. Sokolova has been enjoying her teaching, mentoring, and other supporting roles for younger colleagues, and graduate students. She develops, teaches, and trains the trainers for creative seminars, workshops, and private coaching, helping her clients become better, more versatile communicators and negotiators. </p> <p>As University of Arizona (LLM in International Trade Law) class of 2000 and Thunderbird School of Global Management (eMBA in Global Management) class 2009, also adjunct faculty member, Ms. Sokolova is actively supporting education and art in her home state of Arizona. She is available for keynote speaking engagements, workshops and consultations in the areas of her expertise. </p> <p>She is enjoying her retirement, keeping busy with ballroom dancing and art projects throughout the United States and worldwide. </p>
