<p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in"><strong>WORK HISTORY:</strong></p> <p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify">Barbara joined Employers Council&rsquo;s Northern Regional Office in Loveland, Colorado, as an employment law attorney in April 2017. Her practice focuses on representing employers in a wide variety of employment law matters, including terminations, unemployment compensation, wage and hour, harassment prevention, managing employees, civil rights, diversity, and other employment-related issues. She comes to Employers Council with more than 19 years of experience practicing law, eight of which were in the field of employment law working as a litigator for a firm in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to joining Employers Council, Barbara was a partner at a nationally-recognized law firm specializing in franchise law. While in Phoenix, Barbara served as chair of the National Conference for Community and Justice&rsquo;s Walk-As-One Committee.
