<p>I am a 30-year seasoned Arizona attorney with experience inside and outside of the courtroom. I graduated from Arizona State University College of Law in 1990 and have been litigating principally in the area of contracts and real estate, but have experience in a variety of other areas as well.</p> <p>I have handled jury trials for defendants and obtained defense verdicts (in favor of my client) around 75% of the time. I have gone before Superior Court judges on bench trials as well, most recently obtaining a judgment for my client in excess of $100,000.00. I have expertise in writing motions to the Court and have honed my written skills to be an effective and persuasive communicator. </p> <p>I have handled appeals to the Arizona Court of Appeals and have argued before that Court two different times, winning both of those appeals.</p> <p>I have appealed matters from the Arizona District Courts to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and argued before that Court twice. My profile photo was taken June of 2018 last I argued before the Ninth Circuit in San Francisco.</p> <p>I have my own law practice and handle all matters I taken on, personally. I work tirelessly to gain the best result possible for my client, and continually communicate with my clients to keep them up to date on progress, to answer questions, and guide them through the sometimes overwhelming world of law.</p> <p>I am admitted to practice in the state and federal lower and appellate courts of Arizona, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.</p>
