<p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in">Becky Bartness, Esq., has been practicing in the areas of real estate, construction, environmental, corporate and banking law since 1979 years, and has been a mediator and arbitrator since 1989. Becky is currently co-chair of the ACR Commercial Section and is a member of that Section&rsquo;s Advisory Council and the Executive Committee. Becky spent two years serving as President of the Arizona Association for Conflict Resolution, is an active member of the Arizona State Bar ADR Section, and is a member of the ACR Board of Directors. She has presented many State Bar and ACR seminars concerning commercial mediation and &ldquo;transactional&rdquo; mediations. Over the years Becky has published articles of general interest in the Arizona Bar Journal and has published several articles relating to mediation in ACResolution Magazine and Mediate.com&rsquo;s weekly newsletter. Becky&rsquo;s foci in her mediation/arbitration practice are construction, real estate, business dissolution, labor, environmental, and other commercial disputes.
