<p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in">Beth Mulcahy founded the MULCAHY LAW FIRM, P.C. in 1996 and is the firm&rsquo;s Senior Partner. The firm&rsquo;s legal practice focuses on the representation of over a thousand community associations throughout Arizona.<br /> <br /> Beth graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science in 1992. While at Marquette, she played number one doubles for the varsity women's tennis team for four consecutive years and was the team captain. Beth earned her Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University Law School in 1995 where she was on the Dean&rsquo;s List and a member of the Marquette University Law Review. In 2016, Beth received a Master of Science degree in Executive Leadership at the University of San Diego School of Business Administration (&ldquo;USD&rdquo;). While at USD, Beth was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the international business honor society, which is the highest recognition a business student can receive in a business program. Beth is licensed to practice law in Arizona, California and Wisconsin.<br /> <br /> Beth is passionate about community association education for board members, managers and homeowners. She currently teaches numerous HOA academies/classes throughout the State of Arizona. Beth has also published numerous articles on the community association industry on state and national levels.<br /> <br /> Beth is a member of Community Association Institute's (CAI) College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL). Of the thousands of attorneys practicing community association law in the United States, fewer than 150 have been granted membership in the College.
