She acted as Judge Pro Tem for the Maricopa Superior Court and has been awarded Pro Bono Attorney of the Year by Volunteer Lawyers Program twice for her volunteer work with low income or indigent clients. </p> <p> </p> <p>Her experience of making it through college and law school while being a single parent has given her a great understanding for the things her clients face. In her free time Carlie likes to spend time with her family and children, hunt, fish, travel, cook and garden.</p> <p> </p>
