<p>Colleen Auer is a 1990 graduate of USC law school admitted to practice law in California (<em>inactive), </em>Arizona (<em>active</em>) and North Dakota (<em>active</em>). Ms. Auer has more than twenty-five (25) years of legal experience and a unique combination of litigation, transactional and corporate training and know-how that she applies to her work for clients.</p> <p>Prior to founding her own firm in 2013, Ms. Auer served as corporate counsel for BASIS Educational Group, Inc. (a charter school management company) and Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Prescott Valley, Arizona. Her transition to corporate counsel followed more than fifteen (15) years in private practice as a civil litigator in California for the law firms of Hughes Hubbard & Reed, LLP and Arnold & Porter, LLP and in Arizona for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and three local law firms. In 2014 Ms. Auer also served briefly as City Attorney for the City of Minot, North Dakota before returning to private practice later that year.</p> <p>Ms. Auer offers legal services in the areas of corporate compliance, contracts, business litigation, municipal and education law, alternative dispute resolution, civil rights, labor and employment, personal injury and consumer rights.</p>
