About Ms Debbie Weecks
<p>Ms. Weecks thanks the Arizona State Bar Board of Governors for confrring the Mark I. Harrison Excellence in Mentorship Award upon her on the 12<sup>th</sup> June 2024. Ms. Weecks is a sole practitioner with a home office. She practices in varying areas including probate, protective orders, family law including not only divorce and child-related matters, but grandparent "custody." Other practice areas include disputes of various types, elder/senior issues such as financial exploitation of vulnerable adults, guardianships, conservatorships, litigation, preparing powers of attorney, and myriad categories depending upon the client's circumstance. Ms. Weecks offers both limited scope and long-term representation as is appropriate to the situation. In year 2020, Ms. Weecks participated in the Bar and Bar Foundation’s Covid-19 hotline and historically has organized, facilitated, and presented at various legal seminars or public presentations.
