<p>Debra practices in estate planning, probate and trust law. She focuses the majority of her practice on post-death administration of trusts and estates, including probate, family settlement agreements, trust reformations, and minimization of income, estate, and generation-skipping transfer taxes. She regularly counsels clients on wills and trusts, estate, probate and trust administration.</p> <p>Debra is a frequent guest lecturer and has spoken for at the State Bar Convention and for the National Business Institute, Valley Estate Planners, and Arizona Community Foundation, among others.</p> <p>Debra earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting Degree from Arizona State University in 1994 and practiced as a Certified Public Accountant for more than seven years before pursuing a law degree, earning a Master of Taxation degree from Arizona State University during that time. Debra earned a Juris Doctor degree from Arizona State University in 2005.</p> <p>Debra is a Member of the State Bar of Arizona, Maricopa County Bar Association, the State Bar of Nevada, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accounants. She is a Member and past President of Valley Estate Planners.</p> <p>Debra is originally from Sioux City, Iowa.</p>
