As a residential real estate attorney, my law practice focuses on loan modification, the Mortgage Modification Mediation (&ldquo;MMM&rdquo;) Program for Chapter 13 debtors, settlement of 2^nd lien mortgage debt, excess proceeds and short sales. My goal is to advise Arizona homeowners of all of their options regarding their Arizona home, under Arizona law. I handle all of the work myself.
