<p>Jennifer Moshier founded Moshier Law in 2009. Jennifer is licensed to practice law in Arizona and California. </p> <p>Jennifer's extensive litigation experience in California and Arizona has directed her to Collaborative Law. Jennifer is one of about 20 Collaborative Law attorneys in the Phoenix area. Her focus is on the legal disintegration of long-term relationships and the application of Collaborative Law and other dispute resolution techniques. Jennifer is a small business owner and understands the unique challenges that business owners and families can face when confronted with legal issues. Many people buy into the concept of having a "day in court" when that day may never arrive.</p> <p>Jennifer has advanced training as a family law mediator and serves as a parenting coordinator. Jennifer offers caring, strategic legal representation to clients in transition as a result of divorce, child custody changes (including <a href="http://azcalaw.com/practice-areas/relocation/">relocations</a>) and business transitions. From routine business matters to changing a death certificate in the middle of a death benefits investigation, Jennifer is persistent and innovative. </p> <p>Jennifer holds a B.A. degree in Communications from Arizona State University (1997) and a J.D. degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California (2000).</p>
