<p>Before going into private practice Jennifer represented the Arizona Department of Economic Security/Childr Protective Services Division in juvenile court cases involving dependency, severance and guardianship matters. At the Arizona Center for Disability Law she was co-counsel on the class action lawsuit agaisnt the State of Arizona, <em>Jason K. V. Eden</em>, to obtain mental health services for children. Jennifer also represented the Maricopa County Public Fiduciary in court cases involving adult guardianship and conservatorships.</p> <p>Currently, in private practice since 2007 Jennifer is Of-Counsel with the Mazza Law Firm. Jennifer practices in the areas of elder, juvenile and probate law. Her practice focuses on adults and children with special health care needs and blended or non-traditional families.Jennifer represents families in matters involving abuse, neglect and/or financial exploitation or when a loved one is incapacitated. Her law partner, Emily Kile, represents families in estate, long-term care benefits and special needs planning and probate and trust adminstration. Emily is also a licensed fiduciary who can serve as trustee, conservator and personal representative. </p> <p>Jennifer is married to Steve Kupiszewski who is a retired judicial officer and is a Partner at Theut, Scaringelli & Kupiszewski Law Firm practicing in the same areas as Jennfer. Her greatest accomplishment is that they successfully put all of their kids through college and that all five have full-time jobs. And they have one grandchild, Brynlee Mae, she is the best part of being a parent. </p>
