She has been involved in hundreds, if not thousands, of personal injury cases including catastrophic injuries and death. The most important thing for Jody when representing someone is to evaluate what is best for the clients while working to eliminate the crisis that may have been brought to the client, their family, and loved ones.</p> <p>Jody&rsquo;s upbringing and family background of farmers, engineers, nurses, and teachers, has taught her the importance of understanding and meeting her client&rsquo;s needs and priorities along with thinking beyond the expected strategies. Jody prepares cases as if she were going to go to trial. She understands the actions that could be needed and has the persistence for overcoming any challenging obstacles.
