Her commercial finance experience includes negotiating senior and subordinated loan documents, loan modifications and workouts, land bank financing, large commercial project refinancing and mezzanine financing.<br /> <br /> Laura serves as a mediator and arbitrator in various commercial and corporate disputes including real estate acquisitions, development, financing, leasing and regulatory issues. She also has experience with disputes involving business formation, financing, and contract disputes.<br /> <br /> Before joining Gust Rosenfeld, Laura was general counsel for a local homebuilder. Laura has served as in-house counsel for a real estate developer and one of the largest outdoor advertising companies in the world.</p>
