<p>Mary attended Whittier Law School in Los Angeles where she served as executive editor of the Whittier Law Review and graduated <em>cum laude</em> in 1993. Mary was licensed to practice in Arizona in 1993 and in Colorado in 1995. She has made Yuma her home and has maintained a private law practice in Yuma, Arizona since December of 1993.</p> <p> </p> <p>Early in her career, Mary focused in the area major criminal appellate/post-conviction defense. In 1995, however, she changed her focus to family law. Mary&rsquo;s practice has concentrated almost exclusively in family law since.</p> <p> </p> <p>Mary has served on the Arizona Supreme Court task force to restyle the Arizona Rules of Family Law Procedure, the State Bar Family Law Practice and Procedure Committee, the Arizona Child Support Committee, the Yuma County Local Rules Committee, and the Family Law Section Council of the State Bar of Arizona.</p>
