<p>Pamela Nicholson has been a lawyer for over three decades. She has extensive experience in representing the mentally disabled. Indeed, ten years after completing her law degree at ASU, she earned a Master in Public Administration focusing on the mentally disabled offender from the Harvard Kennedy School. She is very experienced in trial practice and has been a guest instructor for third year law students at Harvard Law School. At this time, her trial practice is primarily limited to major, complex felonies including, but not limited to, all levels of homicide and allegations of sex offenses. She also represents persons who have been civilly commited at the Arizona State Hospital/Arizona Community Protection and Treatment Center (ASH/ACPTC) as sexually violent persons (SVPs). </p>
