She worked to establish trusted relationships among the company business partners to enable all aspects of the company operations including the implementation of creative alternative resolution processes with trade partners. She developed skills training delivered to company business leaders on the topics of Difficult Conversations, Emotional Intelligence and Diffusing Emotions.</p> <p><strong>Former Senior Director, Corporate Contracts Group Counsel &ndash; ON Semiconductor</strong></p> <p>Ruth brings together a unique blend of civil engineering problem solving and project management along with business and legal acumen in her daily counseling to achieve the best possible outcomes for ON Semiconductor sales and procurement activities. Ruth uses her strength as a commercial negotiator to reach internal alignment and consensus with all functional area groups such as quality, environmental health and safety, export control, tax, pricing, delivery logistics, packaging and labeling, manufacturing, product engineering, sales and marketing ensuring that the contract negotiation best serves the overall objectives of ON Semiconductor.
